Students Services

The objective of the Student Care Department is to ensure prompt and effective response with 100% student satisfaction. Academic/admissions inquiries received by e-mail, telephone, walkin are handled by dedicated SISD/SCC staff and to receive accurate reply to students.

i) Counseling

The SISD counselling service strives to ensure the students by providing them academic assistance. The Service consists of a team of professional faculty and staff.

ii) Admission information/Instructions

Students, who fulfill all the admission related eligibility criteria as per SISD/SCC policies, get confirmed admission.

School/College Mark sheet

Date of Birth Certificate,

Cast Certificate

Latest passport size passport size photograph

Proof of Residence: Aadhar Card / Electricity bill

 Course fees:

Students have to pay course fees as per the fee structure. Once admission is confirmed, the course and application fees are not refundable or not transferable to another student.

iii) Interactive Class Room Sessions

SISD/SCC offers a range of courses. Teachers and students communicate and share ideas more effectively in class room sessions on the course.

iv) Practical Training

Practical training provides valuable work experience and adding the skills to students. Training sessions have been a part of the curriculum. Training aims to elevate the students’ knowledge and skills in a specific profession of their respective fields work. It improves the soft skills and increases the opportunity to get a good job

v) Inductions/ Orientation Program

The induction program has been conducted after 15 days included various activities that were set to help students know more about the courses, college policies, and admission procedure at college / institute. This event has conduct by Head / Faculty of the Department to various industry / colleges etc.

vi) Demos for Career Guidance

Career guidance program for students in the schools/ colleges is an important to guide an appropriate direction. The Students in rural/urban communities who progress to higher education are not given suitable direction in choosing the best career options and development skill required for employment. This programme will helps students to motivation and give exposures to various skills development guidelines and the courses offered in it.       

vii) Seminar/Workshop

SISD/SCC organized seminars/workshops on various topics and courses for the benefit able to assess the practices and benchmark themselves. Students will get guidance on ways to bridge existing gap. The seminars / workshops will showcase success strategies of leadership.

viii) Student Grievance Committee:

A student Grievance Committee (SGC) has been constituted comprising of all staff of the department for resolving student grievances. The decisions are taken where no policy matters are involved; recommendations on the issues involving policy decisions are put up to the Head / Principal for approval and necessary action. The SGC meeting will conduct every month to resolve student queries promptly and satisfactorily.
